The third stage of the metric challenge was held from July 14 to 16 in La Trinité.

8m ji, 6 m JI and 5.5 were registered. On the first two days, a 20-30 knot wind swept the sail area and races were cancelled.

On the last day, the committee launched 4 races. The wind was close to 14 to 18 knots.

The winner was Joker (FRA 50) followed by Blue Jack (FRA 61), helmed by Didier Gregory, who returned to helm a 5.5 after a 22-year absence.
